Low Incidence Disabilities

We provide professional development, technical assistance and resources that support serving students with low incidence disabilities.Students with low incidence disabilities are those who make up less than 1% of the school-aged population. The disabilities which fall into this category include:  

  • blindness
  • low vision
  • deafness
  • hard-of-hearing
  • deaf-blindness
  • significant developmental delay
  • complex health issues
  • serious physical impairment
  • multiple disabilities
  • autism
